This photo was captured using Google street view, and if you try to locate the original through Google, you'll find it blurred and or edited out by them. Why would they do this? It's not as if someone would call in to complain that a distant photo is the worst thing to happen to their hideously disfigured, alien-like relative. There are those who claim it to be a photo of what's called a "Gooda", beings of a sort who live among us in a sort of disguise. Rumors are Google may have been ordered to blur the image. Strangely still, there are accounts of those who claim not to see the figure clearly shown in the photo - they will insist the image is simply of a little boy next to his bike.
