These people have clearly all failed/forgotten any safety training they received, because this is not safety first, second, third or even last - these are cases where all caution was thrown to the wind and hazards were not even vaguely considered. Some of these people got themselves into seriously dangerous situations, and they’re lucky to even be around still.
