Being a customer support worker might just be one of the hardest jobs there is. Customers are difficult, mean, and usually the ones at fault for their problems. The customer is definitely not always right. But customer service representatives are supposed to take this all on the chin, and help the customer as best they can. Except when they've absolutely had enough of someone's BS.
These support representatives were tired of the abuse and decided to give some back to problematic customers. Are you really going to threaten someone who just took down all of your personal information? Yeah, I thought not.
