In reality the tasty treat was... cardboard.

Step 1: Find suitable cardboard - preferably thick - cut it into chicken shapes and stick together with tape.

Step 2: smooth out the edges to make it look like a real chicken cutlet.

Step 3: Dip the chicken shaped cardboard in soy sauce and make sure it's completely covered.

Step 4: Cover your fake chicken in flour and bread crumbs.

Step 5: fry your fake cutlet in oil on both sides until golden brown.

Step 6: Place fake chicken on a plate.

Step 7: cover in cling film and place in fridge to fool housemate... and wait.
