Jaquon Dean was accosted by security officers while repairing his car at his apartment complex in Indianapolis. He was taken into custody for resisting and refusing to identify, but not before the officer intentionally smashed his phone and injured his hand. The officer runs a security company and is a reserve officer for a different county.
