That’ll be 3 points — off his IQ.

If you’re a referee or an umpire at a major sporting event, you have to be really careful where you stand.

This is for two reasons: 1) You could interrupt the game by getting in the way of the people playing it; or 2) you could get attacked by an errant ball.

Not surprisingly, this isn’t uncommon. Over the years, we’ve seen plenty of people get pelted by runaway balls — and now, it’s happened again.

During a game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Carolina Panthers, the Chiefs went for a field goal and made it, allowing the ball to fall and bonk one of the refs on the head.
