A 24-year-old woman was able to fight off an attacker who chased her around a gym at an apartment complex in Tampa last month, authorities said.

What should have been a peaceful late-night workout for Nashali Alma turned into a possible life-or-death situation. While she was doing her routine, she noticed a man outside the gym's entrance and she let him in.
