I.B. Chairman and founder Thomas Peterffy joins CNBC's "Closing Bell" to discuss the decision to restrict trade activity. He admits that even though they have billions of dollars in equity, this move is to protect companies like his. ONe of the anchors tells Peterffy "you changed the rules right in the middle of the game to protect yourself".
