Children see the world differently, and much more innocently, than you or me. For example, that classic scene in The Little Mermaid? To them, that’s just a normal fold in the priest’s clothes and us adults simply need to get our minds out of the gutter.

That’s why there was such a disconnect between this kid and their parents when the child presented them with a new greeting card. The focus phrase? “See you next time.” Simple, right?

Well, what if we could make it simpler? Swap that “see you” out for a “c u,” then abbreviate next time to, I don’t know, “n t.” Easy! Now let’s just write that out… oh no.
