Bet that killed the mood.

Us guys aren’t always the best at the whole “romantic gesture” thing. While the tried-and-true “wine and roses” will always be, you know, functional, your significant other will generally prefer something a little more heartfelt — presenting a major challenge to us guys trying to figure out what the hell that means.

This guy thought he was doing something nice by sending off a paper balloon in the name of his beloved. Unfortunately, all he really ended up doing was starting a house fire.
