The lucky woman was found alive (thankfully) after a fisherman spotted the Jeep almost completely submerged underwater, about 40 feet away from a boat ramp.  The men sprang into action and the woman was recovered alive and taken to a nearby hospital. The woman had been listed as a missing person.
