This one wall is what separates a pool from the nearby ocean. If you think this is a bad idea, well, welcome to Monaco, baby! This hubristic design is just one part of a new development in the country (which, if you’re unfamiliar, is like the UAE except with old money instead of oil money). The development extends into the sea, allowing swimmers a good look at the waters that will eventually rise up and eat their investment. Personally, I wouldn’t trust it.
