This pitcher was gearing up for a pitch when he suddenly felt the urge to spew his guts. Instead of stopping the game, he decided to play through the pain — and ended up vomiting all over the mound.

He later posted on X that he was sick at the time (I would hope so!). But if you ask me, he’s got nothing to apologize for. He finished the pitch, didn’t he?
