It was only a matter of time until the dashcam footage came out. Yesterday, Russia launched an airstrike on Kyiv that killed at least 39 people. To make matters worse, the strike occurred on a children’s hospital, meaning that the resultant damage could cause significant harm in the long term for patients who are currently seeking or receiving care. Now, we have a new angle on the attack thanks to that Eastern European staple: the dashcam.
