After Guests complained about low water pressure, a maintenance worker made the gruesome discovery on Tuesday in a water cistern on the roof of the Cecil Hotel. Hotel surveillance footage showed Lam inside an elevator pushing buttons and sticking her head out the doors, and looking in both directions.
