A young boy at a park gets to make his own snow cone. He helps load the ice into a machine which uses human power to crush the ice. Once it's loaded he hops on the giant wooden "hamster wheel" and begins to spin it by running on it. The turning wheel crushes and shaves the ice needed for his snowcone.
