That’s the face of a woman who’s really sick of doing this.

Pelicans are wild animals. As a result, you can’t exactly expect them to have “tact” or, really, know how to behave themselves around other birds. That’s why it’s no surprise that this pelican saw a nearby pigeon as a snack — and why this woman clearly has had to dig that same pigeon out of the pelican’s mouth a couple of hundred times.

At this point, you should probably just separate them.
